Request AWS Team for assistance- Unable to receive the participation award

Hello AWS Support Team,

I am writing to seek assistance regarding the AWS Hackathon 2025 Hong Kong participation award.

My friend and I participated in the event this year. According to the official announcement, all participation awards would be sent out by 5 December 2025. I registered for the award in November, but I have not received it, and I have not received any reply after emailing the official event contacts.

Could you kindly help check the status, or direct me to the correct contact person or team? Thank you very much.
